These terms apply to the Factsogy website (https://factsogy.com) and the Factsogy desktop app. By using either, you agree to these terms.
The Website
The website provides information about Factsogy, an independent news channel that publishes short news videos on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Content is provided for general information only and is not financial, legal or investment advice.
The Factsogy Desktop App
The Factsogy desktop app is an internal tool used by the Factsogy team to produce videos and upload them to the Factsogy YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public. Access is limited to people authorised by Factsogy.
YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services to upload videos. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. How Factsogy handles Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the app to upload content that you do not have the right to publish, or that breaks YouTube's Community Guidelines or any applicable law.
Disclaimer
The website and app are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Factsogy is not responsible for any loss arising from their use, to the extent permitted by law.
